5 Questions with Jennifer Burn from Awareness Yoga

We are thankful to have had Jennifer Burn participate in our 5 Questions project. She is a long time resident of Centre Wellington and the director of Awareness Yoga in Elora. Jennifer has been practicing Yoga for more than 25 years and has been teaching the practice for over 15 of them. She continues to upgrade her skills by attending workshops and retreats throughout the world and enjoys sharing her love of Yoga and its benefits with others both locally and abroad. Please enjoy reading her answers to our 5 Questions!
