How has Covid-19 affected you and those close to you?

Here is a story Malcolm wanted to share about a close friend of his!

A week ago I was speaking to a very good friend of mine Geoff and he really didn’t know how his business could possibly survive this. He had manufactured his spring line for retailers and completed Summer and Fall fashion design etc … but when this hit, most of his retailers cancelled their orders or cannot pay for the goods. Literally millions spent with nothing in return.

Being on a local hospital board, a contact reached out to Geoff wondering if any of his China contacts could source PPE.

It has now turned into an opportunity to service a huge “need”!

Obviously Geoff has to charge for them and makes small margins on his orders … but this is possibly a way that he and his company can survive this nightmare.
