Spring is a season of change—and not just in the garden. The Centre Wellington real estate market is shifting too. We’re seeing more listings hit the market, giving buyers a bit more choice, while sellers are benefiting from the renewed energy that spring brings.

❤️ RED Day – Making a Local Impact
Each year on May 8th, Keller Williams agents step away from business for a day to give back to our communities. It’s called RED Day—Renew, Energize, Donate—and it’s one of the highlights of our year.
This year, our team will be volunteering at the Guelph Food Bank and also running a soup drive for the Centre Wellington Food Bank. If you’d like to help, we’re collecting cans of soup throughout May—and every little bit makes a big difference for local families.

🧵 Spring Fling Elora Retreat
May 8–11
A gathering for Certified Zentangle Teachers and enthusiasts at the Wellington County Museum. Engage in unique classes and art projects.
🎨 Elora en Plein Air Festival
May 14–17
Artists from across Ontario will be painting outdoors throughout Fergus, Elora, and the surrounding countryside. The festival culminates in a Show & Sale on May 18 at the Elora Centre for the Arts.
🎶 Meadows Music Festival
May 30–31
Held at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex, this family-friendly festival features live music, local vendors, and craft beer. Children 12 and under attend for free with a ticketed adult.
