Dear Friends … Now What?

The COVID-19 outbreak has created a new reality for all of us, at least temporarily. Chances are you’re dealing with many new challenges, both personally and professionally.

We are just like you. Priorities are shifting as we learn to navigate this ever changing situation. It is most important to keep you and your family safe and healthy!

Now, it’s up to each of us to do our part so we can get through this as quickly as possible. We are proud to be able to continue to serve our clients.

To be safe we have closed our offices to the public but continue to work on our business from home. There are many ways that we have already pivoted to assist you in home buying, selling and investing. We can offer video conferencing for an initial buyer or seller consult, video or Facetime walk through of a property you would like to view, attend an in person showing or walk through (with safety precautions).

We have been using e-signature programs for a few years now and you can review and sign documents from the comfort of your own home.

Our home stager is prepared to offer you advice through video call so that your home can be ready to hit the market when the time is right. Our lawyer and mortgage partners are standing by to have documents received, processed and signed at a ‘virtual meeting’.

Remember we all in this together. Stay positive and know that things will get better!In the meantime, you might have immediate concerns about the real estate market. For example, you might be wondering if you should put off moving. Or, you might need to move but are worried about all this uncertainty.

There are many reasons people decide to move and you need to do what is right for your situation. Just know that we are here, as always, to get you the most up to date information and the best guidance we can possibly give.
