We are very excited ourselves for 2019. From a business perspective we expect it will be the best year yet! With a new and exciting marketing strategy created specifically for our local market, revised systems and the same meticulous approach to servicing our client’s needs, we are more than optimistic for the year to come.
As January begins and families get back into their routines, we expect the Local Real Estate market to start off briskly. There was a number of sales through December with quite a lot of Buyers actively looking in the market. As a result, our inventory remains at a low.
We are even seeing a number of GTA Buyers actively looking again in our market.
With some new listings scheduled to come to market early January, we expect activity and sales to pick up quickly!

Paul and Tammy finished major renovations at their cottage on Belwood Lake and enjoyed the summer free of construction.
Melissa and Terry have settled into their century brick home and added a downtown Fergus commercial property to their investment portfolio.
Malcolm and Jane have now figured out how to combine music, lacrosse, hockey, swimming, skating and school into their schedule with Zach and Zabian.
Alex, Naomi and Logan recently introduced Eleanor to their family and are quickly discovering the dynamics of the 2nd child.
Amy, Charlie and the girls have taken on a kitten fostering role for many sweet, little kittens in transition to their new homes.
As you can see, we are busy, local families that share a common support and love for our community!
