Market Update: Dropping like the Fall Leaves
October not only saw the colourful leaves dropping from the trees, Bank of Canada reduced its policy rate by 50 basis points to 3¾% the largest decrease since rates started trending down in June this year. The next BOC announcement is on December 11th. November is typically when the fall real estate market starts to see signs of slowing down. It has been a changing real estate landscape with rates, economic conditions and inflation. Our Team has a “boots on the ground approach” and keeps current with changes in market trends. Honouring Remembrance: Supporting the Legion Poppy Fund
This November, we’re proud to share that we donated $300 to the Legion Poppy Fund. By supporting this important initiative, we’re helping to provide financial assistance to veterans and their families, honouring the legacy and sacrifices of those who have served.
Every donation to the Poppy Fund contributes to essential community support programs, helping veterans with housing, medical care, and other services they need. We’re grateful to stand with the Legion in remembrance and gratitude for those who dedicated themselves to our freedom.
