Amy Stephens

Client Care Coodinator

Every team needs an anchor, and in the Impact Realty Group that anchor is Amy Stephens, Client Care Coordinator. Her role is vital to ensuring this dynamic team can maintain the high level of customer service that is the foundation of their business. Amy is trusted to uphold their professional standards, ensuring that essential details such as online and print marketing, bookings and staging are all being managed seamlessly, behind the scenes.

Amy joined Impact Realty Group in 2017, to pursue her interest in real estate, but also choosing to work specifically with this team.

“I wanted to be a part of a company that started locally and kept that focus. Every member of this team is proud of this community because they all live and work here. They do good things for charity events and non-profit groups. Everyone has a cause they care about and support. The business will grow and evolve, but it will always be centered on our community. It’s important to me to be a part of a business that believes in these values.”

Though much of her work is behind the scenes, her ability to coordinate the Impact team’s social media marketing and print campaigns ensures each client listing gets the maximum exposure. Staying current with real estate marketing tools is an important aspect of Amy’s role – and it is her favourite task. Using various online platforms to communicate new listings supports the Impact team by allowing the realtors to focus on the important details of every real estate transaction with confidence that their listings are attracting the right buyers. With the majority of real estate seekers online, Amy’s timely and current efforts online make a world of difference to the clients.

“My role is always changing and developing as our business grows and that makes my job interesting. Having a strong online presence is important in real estate, but print still matters too. It’s rewarding to see that my efforts truly support the clients in getting the exposure they need to sell their property, and also helps people looking to find their dream home.”

Amy also ensures every client has a personal follow-up at the end of a deal to ensure Impact’s professional standards for client care were met, while gaining feedback to improve that service. The overwhelming positive responses she hears from clients gives her a sense of reward for the work she enjoys.

Amy has always called this area home, despite a few years living abroad. There is no place she and her husband Charlie, and three girls, Zoe, Fiona and Shea would rather be. From the beauty of the natural surroundings to the good schools and activities for their busy family, they enjoy the close-knit sense of community here. Amy is happy to have a valued role with a team that supports her flexibility so she can volunteer at her daughter’s school and with their hockey team, the Grand River Mustangs. She’s happy to establish roots her for her family, and to help others do the same.
