#WeLoveWhatWeDo

Wow, 2019 is flying by!

It has been a busy year for Our Team in terms of real estate. We have been fortunate to help many clients buy, sell and invest in 2019 and we appreciate their trust in the services and experience in which we offer.

We recently hosted our Client Appreciation event and were amazed by the number of people who attended. A mix of past and current Clients coming together to enjoy some great conversation, live music and delicious food. As you all know, we rely heavily on repeat and referral business, this is the core of our business and something that we focus on for future growth. If you know of anyone thinking of Buying or Selling, please let us know. It is very important for us to maintain our relationships with Clients long after their real estate transaction is complete. We look forward to hosting more of these events in the future…it would be great to see you there!

As the end of the year approaches, you may find yourself considering a move in the new year? No matter what you are planning or how serious you are considering a potential move, we are always hear to answer questions and offer advice about your real estate endeavors! Whether you are considering a move in the Spring or later next year, it would be beneficial to do some preliminary work now and put a plan in place that would ensure you are prepared for your potential move! This may include a valuation of your current property, a needs and wants analysis for your future dream home, an overview of financing and establishing affordability, a staging consultation to determine work required to maximize value of your home or just a simple planning conversation.

Looking ahead in the calendar for November, we have noted some fantastic events planned in our community that we wanted to share with you. You can click on the links provided for additional info!
