As the summer season kicks in we with the Impact Realty Group would like to wish you and your family the absolute best.
The great weather is a perfect opportunity to spend time outdoors and enjoy what this great community has to offer.
Try something different … visit Belwood Lake, check out the Gorge, visit the Elora Mill or ziplining…. maybe take in Riverfest or the Highland Games? There are many local things to take in that make Centre Wellington a special place to live.

It is easy to get discouraged when you turn on the TV or read online the various outlooks on national or big city Real Estate markets.
The fact is our Market is very healthy at the moment.
Despite a softening GTA market, our market has maintained strength and for the most part values have maintained over the past year.
Now…we are not experiencing the flurry and craziness that we did in 2017 with many multiple offers and over asking sales. It certainly seems to be approaching a more balanced market.
Good homes, that are priced right are selling well and Buyers are more able to complete their due diligence when purchasing.
This more balanced market is a welcome shift and will allow us to attain top dollar for our Sellers yet find the perfect home for those Buyers that have been frustrated with recent market conditions.
If you find yourself entertaining friends and family this summer you will no doubt find some conversations turning to the topic of Buying or Selling Real Estate.
Studies state that over the course of a year, most people know at least two friends, neighbours, work colleagues or family members who are thinking about making a move.
It’s common for those people to discuss their plans at social gatherings, and ask questions like:
“Do you know what’s happening in the housing market?”
“When do you think is the best time to list our house?”
“Do you happen to know a good real estate agent we could talk to?”
