As we turn the final pages of 2023, everyone at Impact Realty Group is eager to reflect on our remarkable journey this year and to share our enthusiasm for what lies ahead in 2024.

A Banner Year of Growth and Milestones

It’s been a landmark year for us.  We are celebrating our first anniversary with Keller Williams Home Group Realty. We spent the year updating our systems, immersing ourselves in education and collaborating with other Top Producers to bring you the best in the profession. 

Over the past year, we had the privilege of assisting nearly 100 families and individuals in their real estate endeavors. Our commitment to making the buying and selling process as seamless and beneficial as possible has never been stronger. We cherish each opportunity to help you navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape, ensuring your best interests are always at the forefront.

Welcoming New Team Members

In the blossoming months of spring, we were thrilled to welcome Amy Murray to our team. Amy’s unwavering dedication and keen insight into real estate have swiftly made her an indispensable part of our family.

As the leaves began to change in the fall, we were equally excited to welcome Ted McDonald. Ted’s extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate sector have already begun to significantly contribute to our team’s expertise and the services we provide.

Community Connections and Fond Farewells

Our 2nd Annual Food Truck Fest at Hoffer Park this September was a resounding success. It was a joy to see clients, friends, and families come together, creating memorable experiences in the heart of our community.

We were honored to sponsor a room at the Gartshore Farmhouse with accessible living spaces for newly recruited healthcare professionals.  This is an important endeavor as the population of our township increases and the need for health services is on the rise.

We continue to support CW Minor Sports, CW Foodbank, Elora House, the Legion, Elora Centre for the Arts and more. Elora Centre for the Arts is doing a Create Impact, Change Lives donation drive now and would love your support. The QR code will or link will take you to their page.

Also, from December 1^st to 23^rd, we are collecting new items for Elora House at our offices. They need gift cards for grocery stores, Shoppers Drug Mart and Mark’s Work Warehouse. Also appreciated is new reading material, feminine hygiene products and other new winter wear. Please drop off to our Elora, Fergus and Guelph offices to support survivors of human trafficking.

On a bittersweet note, we bid farewell to Alex MacDonald, a key member of our team for over eight years. Alex’s new journey in policing is an exciting one, and while we will miss his presence, we are immensely proud and supportive of his new path.
