ANOTHER TRIP AROUND THE SUN!

We’ve been having fun as a team recapping the events of 2022! In real estate, 2022 certainly came in with a bang – what a year it was for our clients!  The first 3 months of the year saw multiple offers and sale prices far above list price.  Sellers were excited and it was a rush to sit down and present 10-20 offers to choose from.  By the end of the year, it flipped to Buyers having a little more control over their offers with the return of conditions and some breathing room to search for the perfect home.

At The Impact Realty Group, we were very busy helping nearly a whopping 150 families and individuals buy and sell properties.  We enjoy the process of helping you find your next property no matter the speed the market is moving! Our goal is always to make it easy, convenient and in your best interest when buying or selling.  

As you likely know, we have made some big changes in 2022 having merged with Keller Williams Home Group Realty in November. It has been a huge opportunity for all of us to grow and learn. We are all very excited to attend workshops, seminars and one on one coaching in the coming months so that we can offer up the latest in technology, tools and strategy for all of our clients. That being said, we remain the same local Realtors working hard in our own community to keep the small town feel we all love. Think of us as Local + now!

We had some fun along the way too.  We really enjoyed our first annual Food Truck night in our parking lot and were happy to see so many people attend.  A great add on to the already successful Twilight at Templin summer concert series. If you missed it, we hope you can make it to the next one!
